A report looking at graduate recruitment in different sectors has pointed out a huge opportunity in the care workers sector.
Typical high profile graduate recruitment schemes can usually be found in the legal and finance sectors amongst others, but who would have viewed the care industry as a graduate career opportunity?
The credit crunch is well and truly biting in the UK now, with many sectors which traditionally took the bulk of graduate recruitment struggling to keep the numbers of opportunities up. The care industry, however, may be an excellent alternative for graduates but there simply aren't the graduate recruitment schemes in place to attract the talent.
