THE NEW COMMUNITY PHARMACY CONTRACT

In October 2005 the new pharmacy
contract came into force. It is designed to reflect the Government’s
priority of improving NHS primary care for patients by recognising and
realising that community pharmacies have an important role to play in
the provision of services to patients in four major areas.
