As a headhunting consultancy, PCC does not engage in any activities that are likely to be directly detrimental to the environment. Nevertheless, we recognise that our business has an environmental impact, and we strive to balance our business aims with the need to be good stewards of the environment.

During the recruitment process we collect personal information from you to help with your job search.  We will only share the information you have given us with potential employers after having gained your permission to do so.  We will not share any information you have given us with anyone unless you have given us permission to do so as part of a specific recruitment process.  We do use the information you give us for any other purpose.

Information we may collect is name, address, telephone numbers, salary and package details, email address, notice period, your CV, Educational and Employment history, Driving license details, references and other information specifically requested by the client.

We do not store any of your information on a database at PCC.  Instead we may request to link with you on social media platforms in order to stay in touch if you choose to do so
